Just check out this video tutorial on how to make a creature puppet that bites and wags when held. 1 Square Inch Balsa Dowel (1)

1/4 Inch Round Pine Dowel (1)

Hot Glue Gun and Glue (1)

2 Foot Piece of String (1)

Cushion Foam / Car Sponge (1)
